Paid for the work you do
Where a client proceeds to liquidation and your firm carries out the onboarding, questionnaire and Statement of Affairs work, your firm is paid for that work at a fixed task fee (from £500), agreed case by case and disclosed to creditors. Nothing is paid for the introduction itself.

As a partner you get your own Insolnet login, our secure online case management platform. Input the Statement of Affairs data, upload documents, and track case progress — the work your firm is paid for — while your client is connected for KYC checks and e-signatures.
Partner terms
Partner firms agree to the partner terms: fees for defined work only and nothing for introductions; investigation and director-conduct reporting reserved to the IP; and any local marketing of the liquidation service using our approved wording, which names the IP and firm and keeps it within the Insolvency Code of Ethics.
